Wiki Categories is Not Visible to users in SharePoint 2010

My friend faced a problem that Wiki Categories only visible to admin users and after I searched this problem I found that SharePoint Store these terms in hidden list under the site collection [http://site/Lists/TaxonomyHiddenList/AllItems.aspx] so after we set the permission for this list properly the users become able to see the Wiki Categories.
